Just letting you know that I will be out of game for about 6 weeks on vacation, so no posts from me for a while.

So, I’ve left Amarr space for awhile since the guys are burning Ruvas to the ground. Unfortunately as Arden makes kill after kill…I had nothing, nadda, bugger all. Bleh, time to go check out an old hunting ground I was in fleetingly. Laah.

After settling down at a safe spot, my first hit was a Raven, and off I went to check it out. Pretty standard operation, I warped in, in a bait probe, looted everything in sight, and he eventually let loose a salvo. I was soon back in the Cane, making him into a pretty explosion. First solo kill in awhile, felt good.

Even better though, were the tears that I got later in local. Now I had only hit one further Raven…but what followed was epic. CUdie Taday is the Raven, but seriously “see you die today?” urgh…

I’ve always found the statistics tab in the map quite interesting, it offers a little insight into how a pilot has developed. I thought it would make a nice follow up to the blog banter, to go over my own map, as I’ve enjoyed reading similar posts from other bloggers.

Currently, as you can see In the above image, I’m hanging out in Domain. The orange areas are where I am generally, as the deeper red section of Amarr space was way back when I was in Quality Control learning how to canflip. There’s always been something that attracted me to Amarr space, maybe its just the pretty nebulae, or the the Blood wrecks [good salvage], but one thing is for sure, most mission runners I run into here are a lot more gullible than anywhere else. Most of my kills have been in Amarr space because of it, but that’s not the only reason I’ve been spending a lot of time among the laser inclined. I’ve been grinding standings for Core Complexion, so that I can start the passive isk gain via datacores. I found myself a nice out of the way system, with a storyline agent, and quietly grind away the days until all my alts make the standing requirement they need to. I will be however taking a break for hulkageddon…and grinding some poor hulks.

So, the big red area in Gallente space, where ever could that be? ;-]

Why Dodixie of course. I’m not quite sure how EVE calculates “a visit” but I’m pretty sure I’ve been in and out of the Ninjas Homeland more than 83 times. Dodixie is where most of the Ninjas you will run into will have learnt their trade, and is where we always go back to for those beer and tear fueled ops that run long into the night. Talking of ops, last one we had I exploded myself a Navy Domi. I was alt tabbed at the time, checking damage types to steal his bounties, but had aggro when I alt tabbed back. But he went down like, well, a sack of space potatoes.

Its things like this that keep Ninjas coming back to Dixie [as she is affectionately known], that no matter how jaded most of the carebears are, there’s always one faction fit guy who just thinks you are in it for the salvage…<grin>. Myself, I don’t really hang around Gallente space too much anymore, though I return for any op that I can make time for.

Finally, Winmatar space. The homeland. Here is where I started my career of pew pew and explosions, mostly my own. I spent a lot of time roaming Minnie low sec systems, and getting Incursus after Incursus blown up. Most of this time was spent flying alongside the guys from Quality Control, and although wardecs tended to take us across the map somewhat, we spent most of the time floating up and down the Rens pipe. It was with these guys that I decorated my map with that small smattering of red in the Curse region. I don’t recall getting any kills, but I did learn about bubbles and what not, so for you missionbears who say go to null for pvp, I did, but I prefer your cosy mission.

So thats it really, any ideas on where I should head to next after I’ve reached my research agents? I’m thinking of taking a trip down to join the Caldari Crew, seems to be a lot of pinatas over that way.
